The Path of Relationships
For many of us relationships are a vital aspect of life, where we source joy, love and energy. As Human Beings we are drawn to relationship, to connection with others.
The Path of Relationships is for those who intuit that relationship is a way for them to evolve. This path requires the foundational perspective that relationships are initially for our healing & growth and are mirrors that point to our inherent, Self-existing joy, love & connection.
As we do the inner work to understand how we use relationship to fill our deficiencies and prop up our sense of self, we can heal and elevate the way we engage in relationship to a higher frequency. Rather than being dependant on our connections with others as the source of love & joy, we find it in inherently existing inside of us and can therefore connect with others from a place of self-resourced security & esteem. This allows us and them to be more authentic and gives flower to the true meaning of ‘Secure Attachment’. Connection & Freedom can co-exist.
As part of this journey we offer many tools and techniques to help along the way. These include skills for empowered communication, how to create a container for deeper trust & intimacy, conflict resolution & healthy boundary setting.
